Welcome to See You Friday. By using our mobile application, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the See You Friday app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

See You Friday is a mobile application that notifies you about new music releases from artists you follow. The app allows you to:

• Search and follow artists
• Receive push notifications when followed artists release new music (albums, singles, EPs, etc.)
• Browse release details and access streaming links

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account creation

See You Friday uses device-based identification. No email address, password, or personal information is required to create an account. Your account is automatically created and linked to your device when you first use the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from a compromised device.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

5. Intellectual property

The See You Friday app, its design, logo, and code are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Music data (artist names, release titles, dates) is sourced from MusicBrainz, an open music encyclopedia. Artist images and album covers are sourced from third-party services. We do not claim ownership of this content.

All trademarks, artist names, and album titles belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times or without interruption
• Release data will be complete, accurate, or up to date
• Notifications will be delivered in a timely manner

To the fullest extent permitted by law, See You Friday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data (followed artists, preferences) will be permanently removed from our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
